All our supplements are suitable for vegetarians & vegans and are free from gluten, dairy, and sugar.

Is your packaging sustainable?

NobleBlu is committed to offering sustainable and eco-friendly packaging where possible.

Currently, you can recycle your postal packaging box, filling, glass bottle and lid.

Do you test on animals?

No, here at NobleBlu we do not condone animal testing and we never test on animals.

Which supplement should I take?

Each of our five health-boosting supplements serves a different purpose and suitability will depend on your individual needs.

Can I take a combination of supplements at the same time (eg Beauty and Immunity)?

Each NobleBlu supplement is safe to take in combination with any other NobleBlu supplement - you can even take them all!

How can I pay for my order?

We accept most major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.

How can I track my order?

When we ship your order, we will email you with your courier and tracking details. You'll also receive updates from your courier to let you know when your order will be delivered.

If you need to track your order yourself, you will be able to use the tracking information and links in your email.

Can I cancel an order?

As long as your order hasn't been shipped, you can cancel your order by emailing us at CustomerCare@nobleblu.com.

How do subscriptions work?

Every 30 days your chosen payment method will be charged, and your selected supplement will be delivered to you. You will even save 10% on the full price! More information can be found on our Subscriptions page.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

Every time we email you about your subscription, you will find a link in your email to help you manage your subscription. Just click on the link and you will be able to change or cancel your subcription.

If you have any problems managing your subscription and need a little help, you can reach out to us at any time.

Can I make changes to my subscription plan eg payment method?

Yes, every time we email you about your subscription, you will find a link in your email to help you manage your subscription. Just click on the link and you will be able to change or cancel your subscription.

We'll always let you know by email before we charge your card so that you have a chance to change your payment method if you wish.

Do I have to give notice to cancel my subscription plan?

No, you can cancel your subscription at any time, although we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
