NobleBlu Ltd does not use or hold any personal identifiable information unless you have placed an order with us or opted-in to our newsletter.

NobleBlu Ltd does not hold any of your payment information. Your payment information is handled by 3rd party specialist like PayPal and WorldPay. It is these 3rd parties who manage all financial transactional data. We operate in this manner to keep your data as secure as possible.
Updating, accessing or deleting your data
Should you wish to access your data you can do so by logging in to your NobleBlu Ltd account. This is often the only data we have and you can update it within the login area if you have an account.

How long do we keep your data for?
If you have signed up to our newsletter we will keep your email for as long as you are reading our newsletters. After 12 months of you not opening a newsletter from us we will automatically delete your email address from our systems. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link or by emailing us at: help@nobleblu.com.
How we keep your personal information up-to-date?
It’s important for both you and us that your personal information is correct. If you believe this not to be the case then please login to your account and update your details as soon as you are able to. You can also e-mail the amended details to CustomerCare@nobleblu.com and update your details for you (we will also contact you to verify your identity where necessary).
Our legal basis for processing your personal information
Much of our processing will be under the basis of our obligation to fulfil your requested order or because you have opted-in to our newsletter, which is what we’re communicate with you via.
It is also in order to satisfy the legal requirements of our insurers. Any financial information obtained during a hire agreement period or contract will be for the reservation and payment of goods. Financial information will be held for accounting purposes and records of Invoices and/or Receipts will be held for 7 years as directed by HMRC guidelines.
