NobleBlu Ltd does not use or hold any personal identifiable information unless you have placed an order with us or opted-in to our newsletter.

Unless you opt-in we do not hold your email address. If you place an order with us we typically hold you postal address, email address, telephone number, full name and title.
We aim wherever possible to hold as little personal data as possible. If you have opted-in to our newsletter, but have not opened our newsletter in 12 months we will automatically delete your email from our mailing lists.

Team members are only allowed access to your personal data if they have been sufficiently trained in data handling. The NobleBlu Ltd website is a secure site and is secured by an SSL certificate. You can see this by the presence of a padlock where the web address is. This makes the site HTTPS (the final S stands for Secure). We also host our website in the UK on a dedicated server.
NobleBlu Ltd does not hold any of your payment information. Your payment information is handled by 3rd party specialist like PayPal and WorldPay. It is these 3rd parties who manage all financial transactional data. We operate in this manner to keep your data as secure as possible.
Updating, accessing or deleting your data
Should you wish to access your data you can do so by logging in to your NobleBlu Ltd account. This is often the only data we have and you can update it within the login area if you have an account.
If you would like to delete all data we hold on you then please request this via one of the following methods:

- the Contact Us link which is positioned at the footer of every page on the website

How long do we keep your data for?
If you have signed up to our newsletter we will keep your email for as long as you are reading our newsletters. After 12 months of you not opening a newsletter from us we will automatically delete your email address from our systems. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link or by emailing us at: email@example.com.
How we keep your personal information up-to-date?
It’s important for both you and us that your personal information is correct. If you believe this not to be the case then please login to your account and update your details as soon as you are able to. You can also e-mail the amended details to CustomerCare@nobleblu.com and update your details for you (we will also contact you to verify your identity where necessary).
Our legal basis for processing your personal information
Much of our processing will be under the basis of our obligation to fulfil your requested order or because you have opted-in to our newsletter, which is what we’re communicate with you via.
It is also in order to satisfy the legal requirements of our insurers. Any financial information obtained during a hire agreement period or contract will be for the reservation and payment of goods. Financial information will be held for accounting purposes and records of Invoices and/or Receipts will be held for 7 years as directed by HMRC guidelines.
